The product has been assessed as presenting a serious risk of choking as the seams of the wrist rattles broke at forces of under 60 N. If the seams break, this produces small parts which fit into a small parts cylinder. If a baby or small child pulls on the seams, they may break, and a child may place the small part into their mouth and choke. The product also presents a risk of suffocation as the packaging in which the products were supplied was thinner than the minimum required thickness and there was also access to internal fibrous filling. The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011
