Hazard
The product presents a serious risk of electric sock as it has insufficient creepage and clearance distances and has poor quality soldering. The plug face did not meet the dimensional requirements of BS 1363 because the distance between the neutral and the outside edge measured at 8.1 mm where the standard requires this measurement to be a minimum of 9.5 mm.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.
Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border.
