Product description
Black and pink electric hair dryer brush and styler set with black power supply cord and plug.
Hazard
The product presents a risk of electric shock as the mains plug does not comply with the dimensional requirements of BS 1363. The live and neutral pins are too short and are too close to the edge of the plug. The item is also not labelled with manufacturer or importer details and lacks relevant markings.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016 and the Plugs and Sockets (Safety) Regulations 1994.
Corrective action
The product has been recalled from end users by The Range. The Range have also removed the listing from their platform.
We recommend owners stop using this product immediately. Contact the distributor you purchased from to request redress.
