The product presents a serious risk of injuries as the ladder does not meet the relevant stability requirements, which could cause the user to fall from height and receive injuries. The product also requires improvements to marking and labelling.
The product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.
Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border and destroyed.
