A ceiling fan with installable light
Hazard
The product presents a high risk of electric shock as it has inadequate internal connections. Over time, the vibration of the product may cause a wire to become loose, which may then cause part of the item to become live. Unaware of this, the consumer may touch the product whilst live, receiving an electric shock.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.
Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border.
