Product description
The Perfect Fit Roller and Vision Blinds are supplied with a 'chain tidy', which is fixed retaining device as part of fixed tensioning system. The component is available in white, black, anthracite, brown and tan colour.

Hazard
The product presents a risk of strangulation as the chain tidy can detach from the frame due to the poor performance of the adhesive pads. This may lead to the fixed tension system failing and the cord becoming slack. If a young child were to access the cord, they could become entangled in it and restrict their airways, leading to strangulation.
The product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.
Corrective action
Modification programme.
