Ther product presents a risk of strangulation as the instructions are incomplete, which could lead to a consumer installing the product incorrectly. If it is installed too high, the child's head could become entangled in accessible openings, resulting in strangulation.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
Corrective action
The manufacturer is warning consumers of the risks.
