Hazard
The product presents a serious risk of choking as the keyring can detach from the product creating a small part. Small parts pose a choking hazard to young children, particularly those under 36 months of age who have a natural tendency to explore objects by placing them in their mouths. If the keyring is removed, a sharp metal point is exposed, which may present a risk of injuries to the user. Improvements are also required to product labelling and marking.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
Corrective action
The product is no longer available for sale.
Consumers are advised to stop using the product immediately and seek redress from their place of purchase.
