Hazard
The product presents a risk of burns as it is possible for the mug to crack when boiling water is poured into it, leaking hot liquid onto the user.
The product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.
Corrective action
The product has been recalled from end users by Tesco. We recommend owners stop using the product immediately and return the product to your local Tesco store for a full refund.
