Hazard
The product presents a risk of fire as it has poor internal build quality, with wires soldered directly to the PCB with no secondary form of fixing. This could lead to the connections becoming loose over time, causing the product to overheat and ignite leading to a fire.
The product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulation 2005.
Corrective action
The product has been recalled from end users by TK Maxx. Owners should stop using the product immediately and return it to your nearest TK Maxx store for a full refund.
