Hazard
The products present a risk of suffocation as the neck opening can stretch during reasonably foreseeable use. This may lead to the baby slipping inside the product during normal sleep movements, and suffocating.
The product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.
Corrective action
The products have been recalled from end users by Matalan.
We recommend that consumers stop using this product immediately and return it to the nearest Matalan store for a full refund. No receipt is required.
