Rabbit soft toy in a blue jacket and green backpack. The recall applies to products with the batch code and item numbers above, which can be found on the label.
Hazard
The product presents a serious risk of choking as the jacket buttons can easily detach during normal foreseeable use. This creates a small part which fits entirely within a small parts cylinder. The small parts pose a choking hazard to young children, particularly those under 36 months of age who have a natural tendency to explore objects by placing them in their mouths.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
Corrective action
The products have been recalled from end users by Willows Activity Farm.
