Product description
Rosary pea seeds are brightly coloured seeds, containing a 6-8 mm seed pod. They are advertised online for a variety of purposes including health food supplements, hair treatments, jewellery-making, and for use in religious or cultural practices. The product is known by other names, including 'Oju Ologbo' or 'Werenjeje'.
Hazard
The seed pods are toxic to humans and animals if ingested.
The product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.
Corrective action
We recommend owners stop using this product immediately and keep it out of reach of children and pets. Contact the distributor you purchased from to request redress.
