Hazard
The mains fuse in the plug may not be compliant with relevant safety standards. This only effects TV sets manufactured in 2024 / 2025 fitted with a plug marked YR-308.
Corrective Action
You can continue to use your TV, but we still need to send a replacement fuse or power cable. Please visit https://tvcable.pacificawarranty.com/welcome or contact Asda technical helpline on 0333 600 7700. We can then arrange to send out a new fuse or power cable to rectify this issue. Once the replacement fuse or power cable has been received, customers should remove the original.
