American Princess and Couture Princess dresses sold in a variety of decorative styles, colours, and age ranges
Hazard
The affected dresses present a risk of injuries as they contain a plastic wire in the hem. Damage or wear to the hemline can cause this wire to become exposed, creating an entanglement or trip hazard that could cause injury.
The products do not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.
Corrective action
The product has been recalled from end users by TK Maxx.
We recommend that consumers stop using the product immediately. Return it to your nearest TK Maxx store for a full refund or replacement.
