Product description
Brown weighted plush bear with a zipped pouch. Inside the pouch is a heart filled with ceramic beads, which can be heated or cooled.
Hazard
The product presents a risk of choking as it has been identified that the zipper on the bear's pouch can detach, creating a small part.
This poses a choking hazard to young children, who have a natural tendency to explore objects by placing them in their mouths.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
Corrective action
The product has been recalled from end users by Build-A-Bear.
