Hazard
The product presents a high risk of fire because it was found that the outer cover fabric of the mattress failed the 'match' test. The mattress may ignite and cause a fire when near a source of ignition.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations 1988.
Corrective action
The product has been recalled from end users by Urban Outfitters and is no longer available for sale.
