Multicoloured magnetic tiles in drawstring bag
Hazard
The product presents a serious risk of asphyxiation because the drawstring bag containing the magnetic tiles does not comply with BS EN 71-1 requirements. The opening of the bag exceeds the permitted size and incorporates a drawstring closure, meaning it could be placed over a child's head and tightened. As the material is not sufficiently permeable, this would restrict airflow and may lead to asphyxiation.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border.
