The product presents a serious chemical risk as according to the list of ingredients, it contains hydroquinone (1,4-dihydroxybenzene). Hydroquinone is a skin sensitiser and may cause allergic contact dermatitis.
The products do not meet the requirements of Regulation (EC) 1223/2009 ('The Cosmetics Regulation').
Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border and destroyed.
