Hazard
The product presents a high risk of electric shock because it was not supplied with an instruction manual for safe installation. If the switch is incorrectly wired to the neutral line instead of the live line, leaving the threaded metal part of the bulb socket permanently energised, and the user turns on the light switch, they are at risk of receiving an electric shock. There is also a risk of an electrical fire starting, possibly leading to property damage.
The product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.
