Blue Factory Team, as owner of OnOff bicycle components and Mondraker bicycle brand is conducting a Consumer Safety Recall of the OnOff S9 MTB Carbon Handlebar in cooperation with the relevant market surveillance authorities.
Customer safety is our highest priority. We have identified a manufacturing defect affecting a specific production batch of the OnOff S9 Carbon Handlebar. As a precaution, all potentially affected bicycles equipped with this product must be removed from service immediately until the handlebar has been replaced.
Safety hazard
Due to a manufacturing deviation, some handlebars were produced with insufficient wall thickness, resulting in reduced structural strength. Under normal riding conditions, the handlebar may crack or fracture, leading to loss of control and risk of serious injury.

IF YOUR BICYCLE IS IDENTIFIED AS AFFECTED, STOP USING IT IMMEDIATELY.
Please contact the authorized Mondraker dealer where you purchased your bicycle to arrange a free replacement. Do not continue using the bicycle until the recall has been completed.
