Hazard
The product presents a serious risk of fire because there is insufficient creepage and clearance distances between the circuits, and the insulation is insufficient. This could lead to the product overheating during normal use, leading to a fire. The product also has insufficient cord anchorage, and improvements are required to the labelling and marking.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.
Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border.
