Hazard
The product presents a serious risk of strangulation because it is supplied with a string of lights and a rope which both exceed the maximum permitted cord length for children's toys. These cords may wrap around a child's neck if left unattended, presenting a risk of strangulation. The product also includes batteries which can be easily accessed without the use of tools. If a child accesses and swallows a battery, they could receive serious internal injuries.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border and destroyed.
