The product presents a serious risk of strangulation as it contains two cords that exceed the permitted length for toys intended for young children. The cords could become tangled and may wrap around a child's neck during play, potentially restricting breathing and leading to strangulation.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
