A vehicle involved in fly-tipping incidents in Bromley, has been crushed.

The white Ford tipper truck was seized in September after CCTV surveillance revealed it was involved in fly-tipping incidents in Kangley Bridge Road, Sydenham. Further investigations followed but as there was no evidence that the driver of the vehicle at the time was involved in the fly-tipping incidents and he was not the registered keeper, the vehicle was seized under Sections 33/34/34B Environmental Protection Act 1990. Despite advertising the seizure, as the official keeper failed to reclaim the vehicle, Recycling Lives, the council’s contractor, has been disposed of it.
