Families in Bromley can enjoy a wide range of fun and enriching activities this winter through the Holiday Activities and Food Programme (HAF), organised by Bromley Council and its partners.

The Winter HAF Programme will run during the school holidays, offering exciting sessions from 22 December to 2 January 2026 (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Parents and carers can book places for their children to take part in activities such as sports, arts and crafts, drama, science workshops, and outdoor learning - all designed to keep young people active, creative, and engaged during the festive break.

Councillor Kate Lymer, Executive Councillor for Children, Education and Families, said: “We are delighted to bring the HAF Programme back for the winter holidays. This initiative provides essential support for families who need it most, offering children and young people the chance to enjoy fun, inclusive activities while receiving a nutritious meal each day. It’s a great way for children to learn, socialise, and stay active during the break. Book your place now and make this winter holiday a memorable one for your family.”

Places are available for eligible children and young people aged 5 to 16.

Every HAF programme includes:

  • A nutritious meal each day.
  • Fun, physical and creative activities.
  • A variety of sessions to suit different ages and interests.
  • Opportunities for families to learn more about food and nutrition.

Holiday clubs also cater for children with low to medium levels of SEN and/or disabilities, with support considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact individual clubs for details.

This programme is designed to help children eat healthily, stay active, take part in enriching activities, and feel connected during the holidays.

Bookings are now open and will close on 22 December 2025.
