Drivers visiting Bromley town centre are being reminded of the all day value parking of just £5.80 in The Hill car park and an overnight fixed charge of only £1.50 from 6.30pm.
The reminder about the competitive pricing for car parking at The Hill car park, which is accessed from Beckenham Lane, follows the start of improvement work to make the car park more welcoming. This includes covering the unsightly structural props, which make wider parking spaces than usual.
Councillor Nicholas Bennett JP, Executive Member for Transport, Highways and Road Safety said: “Car parking across the borough remains good value, particularly compared with similar town centre locations, which includes The Hill car park. The modest improvements at The Hill car park will continue in the New Year, with the Hill being a convenient location to park for Bromley town centre and an ideal choice for Christmas shopping, dining, and enjoying everything Bromley has to offer.”
