The Mayor has adopted the new Mayoral Community Infrastructure Levy (MCIL2) Charging Schedule. This came into effect on Monday 1 April 2019.
The older MCIL1, was adopted by The Mayor of London on 1 April 2012. The developments permitted under MCIL1 will remain as such.
