Article 4 Directions immediate and non-immediate to remove houses in multiple occupation (HMO) PD rights.
On 8 February 2022, the London Borough of Bromley confirmed the following immediate and non-immediate Article 4 Directions to remove PD rights granted under Part 3, Class L of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended):
