The council's service delivery and Councillor responsibilities has been aligned behind six publicly identified priorities, known as portfolios.
Portfolio plans set out what we are doing towards our aims in the current year and what our performance targets are.
Overseeing the successful delivery of this plan is the joint responsibility of the Portfolio Holder and the members of the appropriate Policy Development and Scrutiny Committee.
