Bromley Register Office holds the records of births, deaths, marriages and civil partnerships that occurred in the London Borough of Bromley from 1837 to the present day.

We can only accept orders for events that took place in Bromley.

Queen Mary’s Hospital Sidcup is not in the London Borough of Bromley.  If the event occurred at Queen Mary’s Hospital you should apply to Bexley council.

Making an application

Ordering your certificate with us is easy. Simply complete the form and have your credit or debit card details ready to pay online using our secure payment facility.

Certificates are £11 each, and this includes second class post. We endeavour to dispatch certificates within 15 working days from date order placed.

A 24-hour express service is available. The cost is £35.00 sent first class signed for recorded mail. Orders placed after Midday will be processed and dispatched within the next working day.
