We have made changes to the MyBromley account and the way you sign in to your account.
If you have already added any additional services to your account which include council tax, business rates, benefits and landlords then you will simply need to sign in to your account and update your details.
If you have not added any additional services you will need to re-register your details to access your account.
What is MyBromley Account
The MyBromley Account provides you with a safe, secure and flexible way to do business with the council, at a time that suits you - no queues, no fuss!
A MyBromley account is open to everyone over the age of 18.
Once you have an account and completed the two stage registration, you will be able to choose to add services in order to:
• View your council tax details
• Request a council tax payment arrangement
• View your business rates details
• View your housing benefit and council tax support
• View your tenants' details if you are a landlord
Register for a MyBromley Account
We take the security of your information seriously and to ensure that your information is safe, we have a two stage registration process which includes:
1. Verifying your email address. This allows you to access your account, but does not provide your added services information.
2. Confirming your address, either by answering security questions or by sending a PIN code to the address you used during the registration process. This gives you full access to your added service(s) and will normally be posted to you on the next working day.
