Improving vaccination services for children and young people with SEND consultation
We are inviting parents and carers of children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to share their experiences of vaccination services in Bromley.
We want to better understand what works well and what could be improved to make vaccination services more accessible, inclusive, and supportive for children and young people with SEND and their families.

This consultation is focused on gathering feedback about:
- Access to vaccination appointments
- Communication and information provided to families
- Reasonable adjustments and support during appointments
- Overall experiences of vaccination services for children and young people with SEND
