Friends of Darrick and Newstead Woods weekly work morning/litter pick
The Friends of Darrick and Newstead Woods meet every Thursday morning from 10am until noon, to complete a variety of ranger led tasks on the Nature Reserve. We clear paths, clear scrub, maintain infrastructure, coppice trees and many other things. There is always the option to litter pick. Tools and safety/protective equipment is provided. Petts Wood monthly litter pick
When: Last Sunday of each month (except December)
Time: 10:00am to 11:30am
Meet at the benches by the bus shelter in Station Square, BR5 1NA.
Litter pickers, hoops and plastic sacks supplied.
