Social media accounts
Our social media accounts on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram aims to keep our residents updated with our latest news, current campaigns, and ongoing projects in the borough.
We monitor our main accounts Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5.00pm (except bank and public holidays). If you reach out or comment on any of our posts, we try to help direct you to the relevant form or information on our website. While we may not reply to all comments, we aim to pass on your comments to the appropriate council department or service provider.
Unfortunately, we are unable to formally act upon or respond to notifications of problems such as road defects, missed rubbish collections and complaints. Please do not rely on a social media platform itself to raise concerns. Please direct all maintenance and service issues to our report page.
