Social media accounts

We monitor our main accounts Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5.00pm (except Bank and public holidays). If you contact us via either of these we will always try to help and will direct you to the relevant form or information on our website. We will  pass on your comments to the individual service area as appropriate. 

Unfortunately we are unable to formally act upon and respond to notifications of problems such as road defects, missed rubbish collections and complaints. Please do not rely on a social media platform itself to raise concerns.
