If your cat has gone missing and you believe it may be one of the dead cats we have listed, please complete this form. You will need to include the appropriate cat identity number which is found on the identification list.

In most cases identification photos have been taken, therefore if you are able to upload a photo we will be able to advise you if we have collected your cat.

This is not a cat lost and found service, therefore we will only be able to check details you give us against a specific cat identity number.

We do not have the resources to keep unidentified deceased animals indefinitely. Deceased cats are sent for cremation around three weeks after they are found, and ashes are not available for collection.
