Barbers shop prosecuted for dumped rubbish

Businesses are urged to arrange trade waste agreements after bags of waste from a Bromley barbers shop were found dumped in a nearby street.
Mrs Emine Mustafa pleaded guilty at Bromley Magistrates’ Court, on behalf of Mel and Jem Ltd - the company owning Rui’s Barbers, Bromley High Street - to offences under the Environmental Protection Act 1990. The company was ordered to pay fines and costs totalling £740. Read more...
