Making an independent appeal - Environment and Traffic Adjudicators (ETA)

If your formal appeal is unsuccessful, a Notice of Rejection will be issued allowing you to either make full payment within 28 days or lodge an appeal with the Environment and Traffic Adjudicators (ETA).

The Notice of Rejection will include an appeal form outlining the ETA appeals process.  You have the right to lodge an appeal with the ETA, but if you choose to do so, please do not make payment.

The ETA is an independent organisation where an adjudicator will review your case, taking into consideration your evidence and that held by LB Bromley to reach a decision.

If the ETA refuse your appeal, you will be given a further 28 days from the date of the decision to pay the charge in full.
