Know Your Numbers returns for Bromley residents offering free blood pressure and pulse checks from Bromley’s Public Health team and partners. Pressure stations will be located in Mottingham and Penge.

Know Your Numbers returns for Bromley residents on the 8 to 14 September 2025, offering free blood pressure and pulse checks from One Bromley partners, led by Public Health, Bromley.

Walk-in “pressure stations” will be set up at convenient locations in Mottingham on Monday 8 September 2025 and Penge on Thursday 11 September 2025, offering free checks. The free blood pressure and pulse checks are open to all adults and no booking is required, find the most convenient location for you and walk-in.

Blood pressure checks only take a few minutes and you can leave with peace of mind or identify if you need to take steps and find support to get your blood pressure back to a healthy level.
