This service is only available to food business operators. Members of the public requiring information about a food business must submit a freedom of information request to the council.

Food business operators can request replacement documents and confirmation of food business registration. These documents can be provided to business operators for an administration charge of £29 per document category.

  • Confirmation of food business registration.
  • Replacement of missing or lost inspection reports and letters issued at the time of the last food safety inspection of the business.

The documents requested will be sent to the businesses email address and posted to the business address within seven working days of the request being received.
