How long can I stay open?
If you plan to operate a food business past 11pm you will need to apply for a late night café licence.
To sell alcohol your hours of operation must be agreed with our licensing team. You may need to check the permitted trading hours / hours of operation for you retail or commercial business unit with our planning department using the planning portal.
