Information to all users of loan equipment
If you are a user and calling regarding any matters relating to loaned community equipment and wish to request a repair, collection or have any queries with your equipment, this service is managed by NRS.

Out of hours
All emergency out of hours call outs are also managed through NRS.
For any emergency repairs after 5pm or during weekends and bank holidays for
- Beds
- Hoists
- Riser/recliner chairs
- Pressure care mattresses
