Gambling policy
The council is required to produce a statement of principles or policy on how we propose to apply the law within Bromley. We have a written policy with guidance from the Gambling Commission and have sought the views of both the local residents and business community.
Draft statement of gambling policy 2022 / 2025
We have a duty to review our policy every three years. We are inviting your comments on our draft statement of gambling policy for the period 2022 to 2025.
Due to the Covid pandemic, we have undertaken a review of the current document and are not proposing to make any changes to the existing policy at this time.

The closing date for consultation is the 30 September 2021.
All the feedback and comments will be taken into consideration, and where appropriate will be put before the General Purposes and Licensing Committee for consideration for inclusion within the final policy document.
