anyone thinking about trying drugs, is already using them, or is worried

If you are over 18, live in Bromley, smoke, and have a smartphone, a free,
alternative service currently available for Bromley residents is the premium
version of the

. This includes digital tools, 24/7 support, and free nicotine replacement
or vapes for eligible adults.

Vapes are devices that turn liquid into vapour so users can inhale nicotine
- but while they are meant to help adults quit smoking, they aren’t to
be seen as a healthy alternative to smoking, and should not be used if
you aren’t already a smoker who is trying to quit.
Vaping can lead to addiction, unknown health risks, and it is illegal
to sell vapes to anyone under 18. If you don’t smoke, don’t start vaping
or smoking.

If you are worried about your weight and would like some support we have
a free service for you.
We run a 12-week programme (in person or digital) which looks at all aspects
of staying healthy – nutrition, sleep, wellness and exercise. There is
an excellent app which you can access with lots of useful features, such
as cookalongs and exercise plans.
You need to live in Bromley or be registered with a Bromley GP.
You can refer yourself and someone will call you to see if you are eligible
for
the programme

Vaccinations offer you the best protection against serious infections
such as Measles, Meningitis and HPV which is an infection that can cause
cancer. It’s never too late to catch up if you think you have missed any
of your vaccinations at school.

has mental health just as everyone has physical health. We all need emotional
support at times, however if you think that you need emergency help because

The Mix
– has information and support aimed at young people around mental health
and wellbeing, covering a range of topics. The Mix also offers up to eight
sessions of free, over-the-phone or online counselling to any young person
living in the UK who is aged 25 and under.
Everyone feels lonely from time to time, but when people are always lonely, they are likely to suffer significant ill health and other negative consequences. New global research suggests that young people are more vulnerable to experiencing loneliness compared to other age groups.
