There are over 20 licensed street traders around the borough, selling a variety of goods, including flowers, fruit, vegetables and ice cream. Street traders' pitches are marked out on the pavement and should display a licence plate.

Please note that, from 1st December 2007, illegal street traders could receive fixed penalty notices (fines).  The table below shows the level of fines and offences for which they can be received.
