Exceptions for statutory duties
In accordance with the Council’s Traffic Management Orders, vehicles used to carry out statutory duties on behalf of the Local Authority are exempt from waiting/loading and other restrictions. This includes vehicles used by Civil Enforcement Officers (Traffic Wardens) and means that when necessary, they are permitted to stop or wait on various restrictions to carry out their duties.
