Shaping your SEND Local Offer - your views count!
We want to make sure that our SEND Local Offer continues to develop to meet the needs of families with children and young people who have special education needs and/or disabilities (SEND) in Bromley.
Feedback is important to us as we will use this to develop the SEND Local Offer and improve our SEND services.
Parents and young people have shared their views through a variety of ways:
- at our parent carer SEND Matters Live events held twice a year
- at our young people’s SEND Matters Live events held twice a year
- by completing surveys
- emailing their comments
- taking part in activities such as focus groups, forums or training sessions delivered by the SEND Programme Team
- attending the SEND Local Offer Live yearly event
If you would like to give us feedback on the SEND Local Offer you can email localoffer@bromley.gov.uk or by completing the feedback form.
We continue to receive feedback from the Bromley Parent Carer Forum (BPCF), the Bromley Information, Advice and Support Service (IASS), the SEND Network Champions, the Bromley Children’s Project (BCP), the Bromley Parent Engagement SEND Service (BPESS) delivered through Your Voice in Health and Social Care.
We publish a You Said, We Did report every quarter, which highlights our engagement work and the changes we have introduced as a result of working in collaboration with families.
Please read a summary of the recent SEND Local Offer survey (PDF - 114.31 KB) which took place during the Spring term.
We also publish a summary of comments and actions taken in response on this website on an annual basis. This can be found on the SEND strategies, policies and reports page.
