Green garden waste collection days are changing from 2 November

From 2 November, subscribers may experience a change in collection day and/or week.

Collection patterns and the number of collections you receive a year are staying the same, as are all other household collections. Find out more about the changes to the collections.

Residents who were informed about a special interim collection taking place on Saturday 31 October can report a ‘missed collection’ by emailing vesukgardenwaste@veolia.co.uk. This will enable the report to be prioritised, with missed collection reports not accepted via the normal reporting system.

Impact of coronavirus on recycling, waste and street cleaning services

We are working closely with our partner Veolia to ensure the most essential services can continue to be delivered safely and are carefully reviewing and monitoring conditions. Our approach has been carefully planned to minimise disruption as much as possible and all recycling and waste collections are operating as normal.

Our household waste and recycling centres at Waldo Road and Churchfields Road are also operating normally, with social distancing measures in place which need to be followed.
