The anti-social behaviour case review gives victims of persistent anti-social behaviour the right to request a multi-agency review of their case.

If the criteria threshold for an anti-social behaviour case review is met a case review will be undertaken by relevant agencies to consider what action has previously been taken and decide whether there are additional actions that can be taken to reduce the anti-social behaviour.

Three separate anti-social behaviour incidents have been reported within six months (each reported within 30 days of incident occurring)

The anti-social case review must be submitted within a month of the last reported incident and where it is considered ‘no action; has been taken.
