Parks – Joint Quality Inspections
Neighbourhood Officers must carry out joint inspections with their Id Verde supervisors every other week.
Parks – Confirm Ad Hoc Inspections
A minimum of 35 Ad-hoc inspections from Confirm to be carried out monthly
Health and Safety Form – Parks
4-6 H & S parks inspections per month (where applicable due to seasonal working)
Street Cleansing - Kier
FMS – RAG reportRAG Reports are sent to all officers every Tuesday and Friday – please ensure your weekly target of Red reports are 0%. For ongoing reports please ensure updates are made.
AMBER RAG reports to be actioned and closed within 4 working days to ensure the individual confirm cases do not go from amber to red where appropriate.
FMS – Additional Comments
RAG Reports (Additional Comments) are sent to all officers everyday – please ensure any works are completed with the contractors before adding comments to FMS and closing with the appropriate response.
Street Cleansing – Nautoguide Inspections
A minimum of 200 per month – Neighbourhood Officers to manage and achieve the total
Health & Safety Form – Streets
Minimum 12 H & S inspections per month (averaged per 22 working days per month)
Recycling and Refuse - Veolia
CRM – Queue Management
SSI – resident to receive a response within 5 working days
Missed Collections – escalation to be actioned and passed back to contractors no greater than 1 working day
Health & Safety Form – Waste
12-16 H & S waste inspections per month
Visual Service Standard Inspection Failures – Waste (VSSIF)
Neighbourhood Officers to assess a minimum of 20 roads (Service Standard Inspection Failures) per month:
- Container has not been returned to the edge of the property and either left in the middle of the drive/footpath or box has been thrown etc.
- Dustbin lids not replaced and wheelie bin lids left open (lid not closed)
- Litter/Spillages caused during collection
- Advanced working i.e. bank holiday working (operatives stock piling refuse in one location)
